However, there was a misspelling of the name on the card, it was an understandable mistake, but still a mistake.
I called and informed the manager, as more as an FYI, because I wasn't looking for any reparations.
The manager surprised me and told me that they will drive out to where the flowers were delivered and remove the card with the misspelled name, and replace it with a card with the correctly spelled name!
I even told her that it wasn't necessary, but she insisted, and told me this was not debatable!
Wow! The integrity that the manager exuded was perfect!
I was beyond impressed, that was stellar customer service!
I think that many businesses reflect the manager, and in my opinion this florist will be a great reflection.
