I especially loved the fact that they email you a picture of the arrangement they created for your order. I have been placing orders with The Plant Shoppe for four years. Each time that I have called with my order there has been a friendly and helpful voice on the other end (Betsy, Elsie, Sandy and Emily). Most recently I have spoken to Emily. She was very friendly and helpful in May during teacher appreciation week when I placed an order for my daughter who is a teacher. Emily came through for me again this week helping me with a gift for my daughter’s birthday. Not only have I received friendly and helpful advice but I like that I receive a photo of my order before it’s delivered and delivery notification as well. I recommend The Plant Shoppe for gifts that you need!!
