The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! However, there was a misspelling of the name on the card, it was an understandable mistake, but still a mistake. I called and informed the manager, as more as an FYI, because I wasn't looking for any reparations. The manager surprised me and told me that they will drive out to where the flowers were delivered and remove the card with the misspelled name, and replace it with a card with the correctly spelled name! I even told her that it wasn't necessary, but she insisted, and told me this was not debatable! Wow! The integrity that the manager exuded was perfect! I was beyond impressed, that was stellar customer service! I think that many businesses reflect the manager, and in my opinion this florist will be a great reflection. Thank you! 7 stars if possible!

From placing my order online, receiving confirmation email with details of delivery and updated through out the day of delivery! Hands down best experience! With me being out of town the easy of the website was phenomenal, I knew exactly what the arrangement would look like before I processed my order. I also loved that fact that it made it simple for me to place an order in a city I don’t live in for my mother. Delivery was fast my mother loved her are arrangement! This local shop is the place to go! 10/10 for my whole experience and thanks for making my mothers birthday special! Shoutout to the florist who did the arrangement you made those roses pop! I highly recommend this shop! Hands down best in Gainesville!!
