Friendly person taking the order. Delivered on time They did let me know that it may not look like the picture and I should have been more soecific with the star gazer. The arrangement was beautiful with a lot of exotic flowers but it was a bit too pink and green. I was hoping for a bit of burgundy tones as well I would use them Again
