The customer service provided with my on-line order was exceptional. My order was confirmed, processed and delivered very timely! The added touch of receiving a true photo of the arrangement was also appreciated. I understand finding the correct department in the hospital was a bit of a challenge, so I also appreciated the perseverance and kindness of the delivery person! Will definitely use this shop again :)
