I called from out of state and had never used a florist in Gainsville. The young lady that help me was very friendly, helpful and professional without being rude. My delivery and order where spot on they match the picture on their website perfectly. Thank you Plant Shoppe for helping me make my pregnant daughter-in-law smile when she was a little stressed. I now have a beautiful new grandson. Highly recommend this florist.
