Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The sample shows red roses, but the actual cross was done with a red mums or sunflowers. it did go up $25, but the center flowers are cheaper. ---- Florist's Response: Donna, Thank you once again for trusting us to create a tribute for your loved one. As with all things our costs have gone up and we have had to raise many of our prices. The sample on our website does show more roses than yours, however the sample on our website is a different value than what was purchased. What we created for you this time was similar to your last purchase in number of roses, however we used Gerbera Daisies as an accent instead of Hypericum berries. The berries did allow the roses to be more clearly seen. Each arrangement we create might be different than the original picture, as we use the freshest flower possible and not everything is available all the time.
