Excellent customer service! I ordered early in the afternoon, and the earliest delivery was next day, which was fine. A representative from the shop called to ask if they could go ahead and deliver same day! So the order was delivered just a couple of hours later! The plant was beautiful and had lots of blooms on it. Very pleased.

Thanks soooo much for being a professional! Julio is was GREAT speaking to someone who focused on what I actually needed for my friend's funeral service. Easy to order over phone.The order was delivered as promise. The quality was accepted with no dead leaves and looked polished. I do wish the ribbons were wider but still added a nice appearance. Received a quick response when asked about the wrong picture sent when delivered (explained a website pick was sent in error). Very satisfied with entire process. Beverly Ramsey
